This scheme is an Assisted Living development of 67 one and two bedroom apartments, located close to the centre of Cheltenham.
We were responsible for the preparation of structural design calculations for all structural elements, pile layout plans, foundation layouts and detailed construction drawings. This included:

Liaising with the design team to develop architectural and structurally compatible solutions for the buildings.
Structural design calculations for all structural elements adopted in the substructure & superstructure constructions.
Pile layout plan as necessary.
Foundation layout and detailed drawings including reinforcement details and bending schedules.
Layout drawings indicating position, section size & principle connection details for all steel beams, columns, lintels.
Detailed construction drawings.
Preparation of a padstone schedule itemising all padstone sizes and details.
