This scheme is a new retail development in Leicester. Millward were appointed to carry out the civil, structural and highway engineering design. Following an initial site investigation, we provided structural engineering input in respect of the foundation design, together with full steelwork design and detailing, including proposed levels and retailing walls.

Millward were also involved in the drainage design, together with the design of the external access road and associated car parking.
