This scheme for repeat client, Clowes Developments, is a two storey children’s nursery with striking architectural features, a customer car park and an external play area. The building is utilised by a local nursery operator who wanted to expand into their third premises in Leicestershire.

The building is located on the busy Ivanhoe Business Park and is adjacent to offices and a vets practice, which Millward also provided civil and structural services for.

We were an integral part of the design team from the pre-planning stage through to completion, enabling the smooth running of the project and ensuring the most economic and practical solutions were implemented.
