This was the refurbishment of the existing popular leisure facility.

Millward provided structural engineering design services with works which included a three storey extension to the existing four storey converted warehouse building. The extension provides a world class swimming pool, a fire and ice spa extension and has created space for over 160 extra pieces of fitness equipment.
