This project is the construction of 15,000 sq ft of Grade A accommodation. The bespoke quality units are constructed and rented. The premier business park is based at Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire. We were involved in the scheme from initial feasibility and planning right through to construction detailed design.

Our distinct role included:

• Undertake all structural works on units A2, A3, A4, B1, B2, C, D, E1, E2, H, N, P, Q, R, S, T, U
• These units were built for businesses on a one-to-one basis and their uses include mixed-use, veterinary surgery, children’s nursery, storage units and business starter units
• Plot by plot drainage for all above units
• External works
• The design of a side road leading to unit D

Structurally, all buildings were different, with a mix of masonry clad steel frame, brick cladding and clad steel frame portal structure.
Millward has enjoyed a six year relationship with Clowes, undertaking civil and structural works. For example, practical completion has just been achieved on a 93,000ft2 manufacturing facility at Centrix Park for Bakeaway.
