Back in January we held an alignment day with the whole team and focused on what values are important to us as individuals and how these impact our business. The chart in the image above shows the values the team chose and agreed upon collectively and as individuals.
As we continue with our growth plans it is important that we all adhere to this and then each client receives the same level of service, regardless of which team or team member. It is also as equally important to us that we nurture and develop our team, so that they remain enthused and motivated.
