In response to the latest news on the Coronavirus, we have developed the following statement to ensure all clients, staff and business contacts remain safe and informed during this unprecedented time.
We started the new decade as we mean to go on as a business, with a positive attitude, to increase our service offering, new branding and website, a plan for organic and safe growth and reconfirming to all that over and above the delivery of our service specialisms was the constant need to provide excellent client care to keep up our 80% repeat client record, keeping them very happy whilst growing the company across our specialist sectors.
This maintains our priority but we also have to maintain a safe working environment for all. Due to the Coronavirus, we have now mobilised our entire operation to homeworking and any site visits are now only undertaken if they are safety critical. We will continue to monitor the situation and work within government guidelines.
However, everything else remains business as usual – all staff have the ability to work from home, delivering the same quality service which is expected of us, and together we will get through this with our clients – being flexible and operating under much different circumstances. We have the ability to deliver the same level of work and all staff have the relevant software for conferencing calling – we are able to respond to client needs as usual.
Finally as a business employing 18 staff, we really do understand the scale and significance of this issue and hope we can all work together to navigate through this difficult time, but most of all remain safe and healthy.
