Millward is delighted to announce the promotion of Jack Simmons to Associate this summer.
Since joining Millward in October 2025, Jack has quickly established himself as a highly valued member of the team. His leadership qualities have been evident from the outset, particularly through the support and mentoring he provides to colleagues and the important role he plays in guiding and developing our apprentices. Alongside his responsibilities as BIM Manager, Jack has continued to broaden his role within the business, becoming actively involved in business development. He has already achieved significant success in this area, helping to strengthen relationships and create new opportunities for Millward. Jack’s promotion recognises the impact he has made in a relatively short period of time, as well as his commitment, leadership and ambition. We are pleased to welcome Jack into Millward’s senior management team and look forward to seeing him continue to develop, influence the business and play an important part in our future growth.
