We are celebrating two promotions in the office for Tegan Smith and Jess Ward.
Tegan started at Millward in 2022 as a Trainee Technician and has been promoted to Technician. While with us she has successfully completed an HNC in Civil Engineering and is now confidently working independently and gaining lots of experience in Traffic and Transport.
Jess joined us in 2021 as an apprentice and has now been promoted to Office Manager. Jess has successfully completed a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship and has gained valuable experience in finance, marketing, audits and administration.
Both team members make an invaluable contribution to the Millward and very much deserve this recognition thanks to their hard work and willingness to learn and develop.
